8:00 AM – Wake Up in Tranquil Bingin
Start your day slow in a stunning modern villa tucked into the cliffs of Uluwatu. Think morning light, ocean breeze, and the peaceful rhythm of Bingin waking up around you. If you don’t want to have to carry your luggage down some pretty gnarly steps you can book a modern villa with a private pool in the Bingin Village itself (Our villa is designed for exactly this kind of morning.)
9:00 AM – Breakfast at Kelly’s Warung
Head down to the iconic Kelly’s Warung, right on Bingin Beach. Grab a smoothie bowl, fresh juice, or eggs on toast and take in the view from one of the most laid-back breakfast spots in Bali.
Be prepared for the some 100+ steps down to Bingin Beach; my advice is to wear trainers or crocs in “sports mode”.
10:00 AM – Beach Time at Bingin
After breakfast, stroll down the remaining steps to the sand for a swim and a bit of sun before the heat builds and the crowds arrive. Bingin Beach is usually at its best in the late morning – warm water, clean surf, and space to relax.
If you don’t fancy laying on the sand, you can take a stroll down following the beach South (left of the remaining stairs) towards the beautiful rocks at the end of the beach. It’s a popular spot for an Instagram snap 📸
11:30 AM – Coffee & Shopping Near Bambu
Head up towards the Bambu area, where you’ll find a mix of boutique shops and local gems. Grab an iced coffee at Piccolo Coffee perched on their little outdoor seats to watch the world go by.

1:00 PM – Massage at Lakra Spa
One of our favourite spots in Bali for a treatment – Treat yourself to a massage at Lakra Spa – a peaceful little spot known for its skilled therapists and calm atmosphere. Whether you’re sore from surfing or just want to melt into Bali mode, this is your place. It’s located a pretty handy distance from the top of the steps nearby the beach however I would recommend ensuring you take your time heading up the steps to get your massage as you don’t want to be too sweaty when you arrive.
4:30 PM – Sunset at Dreamland Beach
Make your way to Dreamland Beach for one of Uluwatu’s most beautiful sunsets. The beach faces west, so you’ll get front-row views as the sky turns fiery orange over the water.
Typically surfers will be catching the last of the daylight waves. Here you can grab a Bintang or two and take in the sights.
☀️ Sunset in Bali is usually around 6:00 PM year-round, so arrive early to grab a good spot.
7:00 PM – Tacos & Margaritas on the Rooftop
After the sun goes down, head back to Bingin for dinner at the colourful Cachos Mexican restaurant. Their rooftop is breezy and relaxed – perfect for tacos, margs, and a casual end to your day.
Dance the night away – Till late
If you still have some energy left in the tank you can always head to Hatch where you will often find DJ’s playing until the early hours
